Return & Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and clear with all returns, changes and refunds. Please read this carefully before you book.

Cancelling Before Pickup

    • If you cancel more than 7 days before your pickup date:
      You will receive a full refund of any payment made, minus any non‑refundable bank/processing fees.
    • If you cancel 3–7 days before your pickup date:
      We will refund 50% of your total rental or keep your full deposit (whichever is lower).
    • If you cancel less than 72 hours before pickup or do not show up:
      No refund will be given.

    Changing Your Booking

      • Date, time, or vehicle changes are allowed if the requested car is available.
      • If the new dates are more expensive, you pay the difference.
      • If the new dates are cheaper, we may not refund the difference if the change is made less than 72 hours before pickup.
      • All changes must be confirmed by us in writing (WhatsApp/email/message).

      Early Return (Bringing the Car Back Before the Due Date)

        • If you return the car earlier than planned, unused days are generally non‑refundable once the rental has started.
        • In special cases (for example, serious breakdown or emergency), we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

        Late Return

          • If you return the car after the agreed time without an approved extension, late fees apply as stated in your rental agreement (for example, $1,000 per hour or any part of an hour).
          • Late fees are not refundable.

          No‑Show

            • If you do not arrive to collect the car at the agreed time and do not contact us, your booking will be treated as a no‑show.
            • No‑shows are non‑refundable.

            Vehicle Condition, Fuel & Extra Charges
            The following charges are not refundable:

              • Extra cleaning or deep cleaning (for smoke, strong odours, sand, mud, etc.).
              • Damage, missing items, lost keys, or lockout costs.
              • Refuelling charges if the car is not returned with the same fuel level.
              • Traffic/parking fines, tolls, or admin fees.

              Refund Method & Timing

                • Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
                • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, usually within 7–14 business days after we approve the refund.

                How to Request a Return or Refund

                  • Contact us as soon as possible by phone/WhatsApp or email.
                  • Provide your name, booking number, and the reason for your request.
                  • We will review your request based on this policy and confirm the outcome in writing.
